The "Tray Staggered Accumulation Device" receives vials from a turntable, automatically aligns them in a staggered arrangement, and performs tray accumulation. It precisely controls the back plate movement with a servo motor to prevent bottle tipping. Trays are set manually, and the vials arranged in a staggered pattern are transferred to the tray using a scraping board.
